The Becky Lynch vs. Ronda Rousey story had a major twist on the February 11 episode of WWE Raw.
Triple H and Stephanie McMahon accepted Lynch’s apology for attacking them last week and confirmed that “The Man” is no longer suspended and she will face Rousey for the Raw Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 35.
However, in the final minute of the episode, Vince McMahon appeared and decided, due to Lynch’s bad attitude, that she should be suspended for another 60 days. He then replaced her in the WrestleMania main event with Charlotte Flair.
Rousey’s Elimination Chamber opponent, Ruby Riott, made her way to the ring with Sarah Logan and Liv Morgan after the show to confront the Raw Women’s champion.
Lynch then joined forces with Rousey to thwart the attack from The Riott Squad and the off-the-air segment ended with the rivals looking down at the Raw Women’s title.
