Kevin Owens confirmed during the February 11 episode of WWE Raw that he will return to either Raw or SmackDown Live in “around a month”.
The former Universal champion has been out of action since October 2018 after undergoing double knee surgery, but it looks like he will be back on television at just the right time to be involved in a match at WrestleMania 35 (aka KO-Mania 4).
With that in mind, let’s take a look at five possible opponents who he could face at the event…
#5 Bobby Lashley
Kevin Owens’ final WWE appearance before he underwent surgery came on the October 8, 2018 episode of Raw, where Bobby Lashley turned heel by slamming his knees against the ring post following their match.
The brutal aftermath led people to believe that the segment was part of a double-turn, with Owens becoming a babyface for the first time on the main roster, but it is unclear if that was the case as we have not seen him on Raw since.
Either way, there is definitely some unfinished business between the two men, so a Lashley vs. Owens feud over the Intercontinental Championship would certainly make sense from a storyline perspective.
